§ 2-40.3. Employee positions affected by policy on drugs, alcohol, etc.

(a)

The following is a list of all positions which will be affected by this policy, together with the person or board which has authority to act as supervisor (as used in this ordinance [Ord. No. 857]) for this position:

All employees of the Webster Parish Police Jury.

(b)

Any action taken by a supervisor under sections 2-36, 2-37, 2-38, 2-39, 2-40 and 2-40.2(b) will be fully documented by a written report filed in the office of the Webster Parish Police Jury, personnel file.
