§ 2-35. Use, possession or purchase of alcohol, controlled substances, etc., by employees during working hours—Generally.

The use or possession of alcohol or of any controlled and dangerous substance without a doctors prescription (hereinafter referred to as CDS) during working hours by any employee of the Webster Parish Police Jury, either parttime or fulltime, temporary or permanent, is strictly forbidden. It will also be considered a serious violation of policy for a person to report for work while under the influence of alcohol or CDS.
