§ 16-144. Same—To include portions of Claiborne Parish.
THE AREA DESCRIBED AND TO BE KNOWN AS EVERGREEN FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, CLAIBORNE PARISH IS AS FOLLOWS:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Section 31, Township 22 North, Range 8 West, which point is on the parish line, dividing Claiborne and Webster Parishes, and thence run north along the parish line dividing Claiborne and Webster Parishes, approximately 4 miles to the northwest corner of Section 18, Township 22 North, Range 8 West; thence run east along the north line of Sections 18 and 17, Township 22 North, Range 8 West to the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of Section 17; thence run south to the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of Section 17; thence run east along the quarter section line to the east line of Section 17; thence run south along the east lines of Sections 17 and 20, Township 22 North, Range 8 West to the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of Section 20; thence west along the quarter section line to northwest corner of the southeast quarter of Section 20; thence run south along the quarter section line to the south line of Section 20; thence run west along the south line of Section 20 to the southwest corner of Section 20; thence run south along the section line between Sections 29 and 30, Township 22 North, Range 8 West to the southwest corner of Section 29; thence run along the north line of Section 32, Township 22, Range 8 West to the Northeast corner of Section 32; thence run south along the east line of Section 32 to the southeast corner of Section 32; thence run along the south lines of Sections 32 and 31, Township 22 North, Range 8 West to the southwest corner of Section 31, Township 22 North, Range 8 West to the point of beginning, said point being on the line dividing Claiborne and Webster Parish.
