§ 16-141. Evergreen Fire Protection District—Created.

The Webster Parish Police Jury, in order to protect the property of those citizens who live in the territory described hereinafter, and to thereby promote the general and physical welfare of its citizens and residents who reside within the territory of the Parish of Webster described hereinafter, desires to create a fire protection district under the authority of L.R.S. 40:1491 through 40:1501, both inclusive, which district shall be known as the Evergreen Fire Protection District, and which shall include all of the property located in Ward 2, Precinct 19 of Webster Parish, Louisiana, described as follows:
That area of Ward 2 of Webster Parish, Louisiana, East of Dorcheat Bayou, bounded on the North by State Highway 160 and State Highway 2, running Easterly to Parish line.
