The Evergreen Fire Protection District created hereunder shall constitute a body corporate
with all of the rights and powers provided for, including the right to levy taxes
and issue bonds as provided in L.R.S. 40:1491 through 40:1500; and,
The Evergreen Fire Protection District created hereunder shall be governed by the
Webster Parish Police Jury, pursuant to law, to meet the legal requisites necessary
for the proper conduct of this district at its regular meeting place, which shall
be the Webster Parish Police Jury meeting room, Webster Parish Courthouse Building,
Minden, Louisiana.
There are no incorporated municipalities located within the Evergreen Fire Protection
District.
