§ 9-20. Use by commercial or industrial operations prohibited; penalty for violations of sections 9-16 through 9-20.

(a)

It is unlawful for any person disposing of trash or refuse from any commercial or industrial operation of any sort to make use of trash and refuse containers, placed by the Webster Parish Police Jury at various locations within the parish, for disposal of household refuse.

(b)

Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 9-16 through 9-20 shall, upon conviction thereof by a court, be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or be imprisoned for not more than six (6) months or both, for each offense.
