§ 9-16. Containers distributed by parish not to be used by commercial or industrial establishments.

The purpose of sections 9-16 through 9-21, and the policy of the police jury of Webster Parish, is hereby declared to be to insure that those certain trash and refuse containers, placed by the Webster Parish Police Jury at selected sites within Webster Parish, be for the use of individuals in need of the service provided by the placement of said containers; and that in order to insure that said containers are available for individual usage, it shall be unlawful for persons disposing of trash or refuse from commercial or industrial operations of any sort, or commercial garbage haulers, to make use of said containers.
