§ 9-19. Materials left outside containers prohibited; removal of items prohibited.

Latest version.

All material shall be placed in the container and shall not be allowed outside the container for any reason; and, it shall be unlawful to remove any material or item from the container or from the area within twenty (20) feet of the container.
