§ 9-1.1. [Prohibiting the obstruction of the public highways, roads, ditches, drains or public rights-of-way, specifically Jamie Bradley Road.]

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, to intentionally or negligently place anything on or to perform any act on the public right-of-way, ditches, drains, and roadway (which shall include the parking of vehicles) known as the Jamie Bradley Road located south of the Town of Sarepta, and SW of LA Hwy 371N in Webster Parish, Louisiana.

    (b)

    No person, firm or corporation shall intentionally or negligently dump, leave or deposit any glass or metallic objects, rubbish, trash, refuse or garbage, or any similar articles or objects on this public rights-of-way, nor on the lands adjacent thereto (Jamie Bradley Road).

    (c)

    Any person, firm or corporation who violated any prevision of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined per incident a sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00), or shall be imprisoned for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both fine and imprisonment may be imposed at the discretion of the court.
