§ 16-154. Fire Protection District No. 9 created; described.

Pursuant to the provisions of a resolution adopted by the police jury of the parish on the fourth day of April, 1989, notice is hereby given of the creation of a fire protection district within the parish, which fire protection district embraces all of that territory of said parish within the following described boundaries:

(1)

Township 21 North, Range 10 West—All that portion of Section 1 lying East of Dorcheat Bayou and Northwest of Louisiana Hwy 160.

(2)

Township 22 North, Range 9 West—All of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24. All that portion of Sections 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, and 36 lying North of Louisiana Highway 160.

Township 22 North, Range 10 West—All of Sections 1, 12, 13, 14, and 24. All that portion of Sections 2, 10, 11, 15, 16, 22, 23, 25, 26, and 35 lying East of Dorcheat Bayou. All that portion of Section 36 lying East of Dorcheat Bayou and Northwest of Louisiana Highway 160.

Township 23 North, Range 9 West—All of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36.
