§ 1. Sale of liquor within five miles of Minden Graded High School restricted.

(a)

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Louisiana that the sale of intoxicating liquors within a radius of five (5) miles of the Minden Graded High School in the Town of Minden in Webster Parish, Louisiana, be and the same is hereby prohibited, except for medicinal, scientific or sacramental purposes.

(b)

Be it further enacted, etc., that any person who violates any of the provisions of this act shall be fined in a sum of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or shall be imprisoned not less than ten (10) days nor more than three (3) months, for each offense or violation of this act.
