§ 15-3.1. Notarized statement required from witness signing right-of-way dedications.

A witness signing right-of-way dedications shall be asked to sign a sworn statement to the effect he or she knows the grantor and that he or she saw the grantor or grantors sign said dedication and knows the same to be his free and voluntary act. Said notarized statement shall be attached and made a part of all road right-of-way dedications granted in the future.
