§ 15-4. Seismograph work; damage to parish roads and rights-of-way, etc.

The following terms and conditions [shall] be observed by all companies doing seismograph work in Webster Parish:
(1)

Operations are to be conducted only where said company has permission of the adjacent landowner.

(2)

Any damages to parish roads which might occur will be repaired by said company.

(3)

No shot holes are to be made on the rights-of-way owned by the parish.
