§ 15-3. Acceptance of right-of-way dedications; contents.

All right-of-way dedications shall state that the police jury, in accepting said dedications, will not assume any responsibility for improvements or purchase of any materials to rebuild fences on lands abutting said right-of-way; said police jury will furnish labor to move and rebuild fences using old materials when possible, otherwise the landowner shall furnish wire and posts for building a fence if one is desired.
