§ 13-5. Destruction of dipping vats; reward for information concerning.

(a)

A reward of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) shall be paid by [the police jury of Webster Parish] for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person or persons for the dynamiting, or otherwise destroying of any dipping vat in the Parish of Webster.

(b)

This reward shall be paid for information leading to the arrest and conviction in connection with any dipping vat heretofore, as well as hereafter, dynamited or otherwise destroyed.

(c)

Only one (1) reward shall be paid for each such offense.
