§ 9-42. Penalties.

Any person, partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of these sections shall, upon conviction, pay a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), or shall be imprisoned for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or both, in the discretion of the court.
