§ 9-41. Vehicles to be covered.

(a)

All approved vehicles used in the collection and hauling and disposal of authorized materials shall be so equipped and covered as to prevent spillage of materials while in transit from the point of collection to the area of disposal.

(b)

Designated areas of deposit. Authorized materials shall be deposited at the designated areas of the landfills and it shall be unlawful for any persons to deposit waste material in any place other than the designated areas of the parish landfills.

(c)

Unlawful to haul waste to landfills from outside parish limits. It shall be unlawful for persons issued a permit under this article to haul waste material from any place outside the limits of the parish to the parish landfills.

(d)

Unlawful removal of materials. It shall be unlawful for any person to remove any material from the landfills without written permission from the parish police jury or its designated authority.
