§ 6-15. Unlawful to move cattle within parish without certificate.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, agent, firm or corporation, to transport, move or cause to be moved or transported except in the regular course of dipping for tick eradication, any cattle from one point or premise in the Parish of Webster to another point or premise in the Parish of Webster, unless such cattle are accompanied by a written permit signed by an inspector of the Parish of Webster duly commissioned by the Louisiana State Livestock Sanitary Board, said permit to be issued when, and only when, said cattle are free from cattle fever ticks.
