§ 6-14. Unlawful to bring cattle from quarantined areas into parish without certificate.

It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, agent, firm or corporation to move, or cause to be moved, any cattle from any quarantined parish or other area, into the Parish of Webster without first having obtained a certificate of regular form, duly signed by an inspector officially commissioned by the Louisiana State Livestock Sanitary Board, showing said cattle to be free from cattle fever ticks.
