§ 6-16. Possession of animals infested with cattle fever tick.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm, agent or corporation to have in his possession, in his charge, or on his premises, any cattle, horses or mules carrying on their bodies or elsewhere the cattle fever tick; provided, that this section shall not apply to cattle, horses or mules that are being regularly and systematically dipped as required by law.
