§ 4-56. Transferability, display of permits; change of location.

Local permits are not assignable or heritable and are valid only from the time of issuance to December thirty-first of the year in which issued, unless sooner suspended or revoked.

Any permit issued under this article shall be prominently displayed by the holder of such permit in his place of business so as to be easily seen and read by the public.

The permittee shall notify the secretary of the police jury of Webster Parish of any change in the location of said business and the change in the location of the business shall be noted on the permit, which shall be displayed.
