§ 4-55. Same—Beverages of high alcoholic content.

There is hereby levied an annual permit fee for the year 1974 and subsequent years against all persons who may engage in the business of selling, either retail or wholesale, in Webster Parish and outside the corporate limits of any municipality, beverages of high alcoholic content, as follows, to wit:
(1)

Wholesale dealer ..... $500.00

Retail dealer ..... 500.00
