§ 4-57. Applications.

Application for a permit shall be made on a form to be furnished by the police jury which may be obtained from the secretary of the police jury. All applications for permits under this article shall be accompanied by a cashier's check or money order in the requisite amount of the permit applied for, made payable to the police jury of Webster Parish. All applications for renewal of a permit shall be filed with the secretary of the police jury on or before November 1 of each year.
