§ 2-28. Military leave pay.

Latest version.

Any employee [of the parish] required to serve in either the National Guard or Reserve Forces summer encampments or in case of national emergencies [shall] be compensated in the amount required for them to receive their full salary while serving. The employee will send a copy of the amount paid by the government for this service and upon receipt the amount allowed by the jury will be paid.
