§ 2-1. Police jury—Membership.

[The] police jury [of Webster Parish] shall be composed of twelve (12) members, one from each of the election districts described in section 8-17.

Editor's note

Pursuant to the court order, Civil Action 17,981, United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana, July 9, 1973, § 2-1 has been changed per that order. The former provisions designated the police jury be composed of eleven members, six elected from Ward One and five elected from Ward Two.
