§ 1-2. Ward one and Ward two defined.

All that portion of and lands therein of the Parish of Webster lying south of the following described line shall constitute and/or comprise Ward One (1), with all that portion of and lands therein of the Parish of Webster lying to the north of said line being Ward Two (2), said line being the township line in Webster Parish, Louisiana between Townships 20 and 21 North.
