§ 20-47. Compliance by owners or operators of existing systems.

Any person or persons or company or corporation or any person or persons who are individually representing or acting as an agent for any person or persons or company or corporation who is presently operating or using an existing sewerage and/or waste disposal system at the time of adoption of Ordinance No. 907 [this article] that is not in compliance with the provisions hereof, shall have three (3) years from the date of adoption of the ordinance by the Webster Parish Police Jury to bring their sewerage and/or waste disposal systems into full compliance with the provisions of this article. Failure to do so shall subject any violators to prosecution in accordance with the provisions and penalties set out herein.
