§ 20-48. Violations; penalties.

  • Any person, partnership or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this article, whether acting for himself or for others, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction may be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not less than thirty (30) days nor more than three (3) months, for each offense, or shall suffer both fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense.
