§ 20-46. Community-type sewerage system required.

Any new development (subdivision) or redevelopment (resubdivision), or additions to existing developments (subdivisions) which create a total of lots greater than one hundred twenty-five (125) shall be provided with a community-type sewerage system. Such community-type sewerage system shall serve the entire development and shall be installed in conjunction with the development of the new development or resubdivision or additions resulting in the number of total lots exceeding one hundred twenty-five (125).
