§ 20-35. Persons engaged in business of cleaning, pumping septic tanks, permit required.

Outside of legally incorporated cities, towns and villages of Webster Parish, no person, partnership or corporation shall engage in the business of cleaning or pumping out septic tanks in Webster Parish without first obtaining a permit from the Webster Parish Health Unit. No permit shall be issued until the equipment of the applicant is inspected and approved by the health unit.
