§ 20-36. Persons in business of cleaning, pumping septic tanks required to file record of jobs.

Outside of legally incorporated cities, towns and villages of Webster Parish, every person, partnership or corporation engaged in the business of cleaning or pumping out septic tanks shall be required to post with the Webster Parish Health Unit a signed card with the name and address, also location and other information for each cleanout job.
