§ 20-32. Installation of additional absorption lines.

Outside of legally incorporated cities, towns and villages of Webster Parish, whenever the approved amount of subsurface disposal lines prove inadequate, it shall be the duty of the owner, occupant or legal agent to add additional subsurface disposal lines as necessary to take care of the effluent by subsurface absorption or by other secondary treatment methods approved by the Webster Parish Health Unit.
