§ 20-23. Construction or alteration of community-type sewerage systems, approvals and permits.

Outside of legally incorporated cities, towns and villages of Webster Parish, no person, firm or corporation shall hereinafter install a new, or alter an existing, community-type sewerage system without first submitting plans and specifications to the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals for approval, and posting with the Webster Parish Health Unit a copy of such approval, and securing a written permit for such construction.
