§ 20-22. Construction or extension outside cities and towns, approval of parish health unit required; permit.

Outside of legally incorporated cities, towns and villages of Webster Parish, Louisiana, no person, partnership or corporation shall provide private or individual sewerage system or make changes to an existing sewerage system in Webster Parish, Louisiana, until plans and specifications therefor have been submitted to and approved by the Webster Parish Health Unit and a written permit secured from such health unit.
