§ 20-24. Construction of septic systems, approval and inspection.

Outside of legally incorporated cities, towns and villages of Webster Parish, no person, partnership or corporation shall back-fill any part of a septic tank system in Webster Parish until after the structural details have been inspected and approved by a duly appointed agent of the Webster Parish Health Unit.
