§ 18-35. Countess' Home, Dining Hall and Bachelors Hall.
The Webster Parish Police Jury, in regular session convened, has ordained that it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park an automobile or any type of transportation device on, or to loiter or remain on the following described property belonging to Webster Parish, Louisiana, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays, and between 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Sundays.
A tract of land on which is located at the Countess' Home, Dining Hall and Bachelors Hall, and known as the Germantown settlement in the west half of northwest quarter of northeast quarter (W/2 of NW/4 of NE/4) and the northeast quarter of northwest quarter (NE/4 of NW/4), Section 30, Township 20 North, Range 8 West, Webster Parish, Louisiana, as well as the parking lot adjacent thereto; and the road leading from the said parking lot to the Germantown Road.
Any person, firm or corporation violating this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or imprisonment for a term not exceed sixty (60) days, or both. (Ord. No. 863, 7-2-91)
