§ 18-34. Syrup Mill Road.

  • (a)

    No vehicle shall be parked and/or left unattended by any person on the right-of-way of Webster Parish public road, known as the Syrup Mill Road, Webster Parish, Louisiana, from its intersection with U.S. Highway No. 80 and extending for a distance of four hundred (400) yards northward.

    (b)

    Whoever violates the provisions of this [section] may be punished by fine or imprisonment or both in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) exclusive of costs, and not to exceed ninety (90) days in jail. (Ord. No. 607, 11-1-66)
