§ 18-1. Weight limit for Parish Road 117.

(a)

No vehicles shall be allowed to travel on Webster Parish Road 117 if such vehicles weigh in excess of four (4) tons.

(b)

Any person driving on Webster Parish Road 117 in a vehicle weighing in excess of four (4) tons shall be in violation of this section.

(c)

Be it further ordained that whosoever shall violate any provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) and be incarcerated not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both. (Ord. No. 786, §§ 1—3, 9-9-82)
