§ 16-149. Fire Protection District No. 4 (Dubberly)—Created; described.

Pursuant to the provisions of a resolution adopted by the police jury of the Parish of Webster, State of Louisiana, on August fourth 1987, notice is hereby given of [the creation of a fire protection district within] the Parish of Webster, State of Louisiana, which fire protection district embraces all of that territory of said parish (including the municipal corporation located therein) within the following described boundaries:

Township 18 North, Range 9 West: All of Section 1 south of I-20. All of Section 12, 13, 24, and 25. Section 23 south of W.P. Road 159. All of Section 26, 35 and 36 east of W.P. Road 159C.

Township 18 North, Range 8 West: All of Township 18 North, Range 8 West, south of I-20 west of Black Lake Bayou.
