§ 16-146. Fire Protection District No. 3 (Doyline)—Created; described.

By virtue of the authority conferred by Part I, Chapter 7, Title 40 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 and other constitutional and statutory authority supplemental thereto, a fire protection district is hereby created within the Parish of Webster, State of Louisiana, which fire protection district includes all of that territory within the following described boundaries (including the municipal corporation located therein, namely Doyline):

Township 17 North, Range 10 West: Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 29, 30, 33. All of Section 2, 11, 14, 23, 27 and 34 west of Lake Bistineau. All of Section 20, 21, 28, 31 and 32 except that portion thereof covered by Lake Bistineau.

Township 18 North, Range 10 West: All of Section 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34. All of Section 35 west of meander line of Lake Bistineau. All of Section 26 not encroached by Lake Bistineau. All of Section 25 not encroached by Lake Bistineau which is west of Bayou Dorcheat. All of Section 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23 south of Louisiana Army Ammunication Plant. All of Section 24 south of Louisiana Army Ammunication Plant and south and west of Horseshoe Road.
