§ 16-236. Water advisory board charter.

The Webster Parish Water Advisory Board will enact/establish a charter of rights and privileges as approved by the Webster Parish Police Jury. The charter will define:
Purpose and goals of the board.

Districts of responsibility for each board member.

Term of office of each board member, rotation of.

Relationship to police jury and parish water systems.

Officers and duties required by position.

Funding source(s) for actions taken by the board to improve existing systems and expansion for future growth.
