§ 16-235. Water advisory board membership.

Due to the overwhelming nature of the proposed project, and the tremendous positive impact for the people of Webster Parish; it is vital that the Webster Water Advisory Board be made up of people who believe it will succeed in combination with the unanimous support of the Webster Parish Police Jury.

The Webster Water Advisory Board shall be comprised of no more than twelve (12) members, with the membership being:

One (1) representative	Minden South Webster Industrial Park
One (1) representative	North Webster Industrial Park
One (1) representative	From each of the ten (10) water districts (municipalities included)

Ex-officio advisors:

Louisiana Representative

Louisiana Senator

LSU Ag Center—County agent

LA DHH—Parish sanitarian

LA Rural Water Association—Field agent

Dorcheat Soil and Water Conservation District

NRCS—District supervisor

Webster Parish Police Jury—One (1) liaison member

USDA—RDA—Rural development agent

Webster Parish Fire Districts—Parish fire chief
