§ 13-8. Discharge of firearms at dumping grounds prohibited; penalty for violation.

  • (a)

    No person shall intentionally discharge any firearm within the geographical boundaries of any public dumping grounds maintained and operated in Webster Parish by the Webster Parish Police Jury.

    (b)

    any person who violates a provision of this section shall guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined a sum of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor less than ten dollars ($10.00), or be incarcerated for a period not exceed thirty (30) days, or both fine and imprisonment may be imposed, at the discretion of the court.
