§ 6-53. Vaccination of dogs required.

Prior to April fifteenth of each year every owner of a dog three (3) months of age or over shall have said dog vaccinated against rabies. The owner of a dog less than three (3) months of age on April fifteenth of any year shall have said dog vaccinated against rabies when it reaches three (3) months of age and such dog shall be vaccinated against rabies again before attaining the age of six (6) months. The dog shall be vaccinated thereafter the same as any other dog.
