§ 6-2. Dumping of animal carcasses on public dumping grounds prohibited; penalty.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to dump or deposit any dead fish, fowl or animal carcass of any kind on a public dumping ground as designated by the Webster Parish police jury.

(b)

Any person violating the provisions of this [section] shall be deemed to have committed a misdemeanor and may be fined for such conduct in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) and/or imprisoned in the parish jail for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days.
