The Webster Parish Communications District Board shall investigate signed, written
complaints against owners, operators, and drivers and attendants of ambulances which
it shall receive. It may, in its discretion, investigate any other complaint or allegation
of impropriety which is brought to its attention. Copies of all signed, written complaints
shall be made available to the parties against whom they are directed and such parties
shall be given an opportunity to respond.
(b)
When the Webster Parish Communications District Board's investigation discloses that
the requirements of this article has been violated, it shall report its findings to
the Webster Parish Communications District Board with such recommendation for suspension
or revocation of licenses as it may deem appropriate in the premises.
