§ 21-36. Initial and annual inspections; issuance of licenses and stickers; duration; fees.

(a)

Each ambulance and all equipment thereon shall have been inspected and approved or granted a permit or certification sticker by the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals.

(b)

After each vehicle inspection by the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals, a copy of said inspection will be forwarded to the Webster Parish Communications District Board by the operator within thirty (30) days. No vehicle shall be operated as an ambulance for response to calls in Webster Parish unless a valid inspection sticker is prominently displayed and permanently affixed in the lower corner of the windshield.
