§ 21-23. Duties.

(a)

The Webster Parish Communications District Board shall perform such duties as may be prescribed by the article, including, but not limited to:

(1)

Issuance, denial, suspension, or revocation of licenses under this article; and

(2)

Conducting investigations hearings under this article.
