This Groundwater Protection Ordinance, and the drinking water protection critical
area(s) created hereby, shall apply to and include all new construction, reconstruction,
or expansion of existing buildings and new or expanded uses. These activities/facilities/uses
must comply with the requirements of both the drinking water protection critical area(s)
and any applicable land use regulations or covenants, public or private.
This article (Groundwater Protection Ordinance) is distinct from and not a part of
any land use regulations or covenants, public or private, that may exist in the Parish
of Webster.
