§ 20-42. Disposal of community-type sewerage system effluent.

Outside of legally incorporated cities, towns and villages of Webster Parish, community-type sewerage systems shall consistently produce the quality of effluent required in applicable parish, state, and/or federal wastewater discharge permits. The undiluted effluent water quality from a community-type sewerage system shall, unless otherwise prescribed, meet the secondary treatment standard of the department of health and hospitals.
